Sounds Like DC is a bi-weekly podcast featuring the diverse & multicultural voices that make up the rich and vibrant Washington DC music community.
In keeping with the SLDC’s mission of having meaningful conversations, we’re now taking our show out of the studio and into the historic Black Cat where we will be hosting a town hall style event with a live audience!
Our guest artist panel, as well as Sounds Like DC’s host Sean Gotkin, will engage one another and our live audience in an evening conversation on a myriad of subjects.
Featured panelists, Candice Mills, Erin Frisby, Kenny Pirog, Beth Cannon, Gordon Sterling and Patrick Cheng are all working musicians who are deeply rooted within the DC music scene.
